Getting closer

Here are the three houses that are left in the runnings, as of now.

The first house and I think so far the prime candidate is a really nice one, built in 2010. The location is perhaps not the best. Very open, close to the road and with a load of pretentious neighbors around, but very spacey, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and the laundry in a separate room. And a insulated garage for two cars. And a pool.
Not the worst view at all. The house radiates serenity and calm.
The second one is sort of a reserve. I can't help it, but there is some sort of unidentified warning bell ringing here. The house is cool, and actually larger than the one above, but the layout is a bit... cryptic. Newly built and with the best energy conservation plan I have seen, so to run the house will cost around 20 000 SEK per year, which is the lowest by far. And no tax for 15 years due to the new legislation for newly built houses.

A real country kitchen, water-carried warmth from the floor and loads of interesting details with the largest yard of the lot. 







Who can argue with THIS kitchen? Honestly?
The third and last house I intend to view tomorrow. It is by far the cheapest of the lot, in the town of Nyköping and with bergsvärme, meaning it is heated from the ground (very cheap). The kitchen is also the hottest of the lot, but the rest of the house is from 1959. Can be very interesting - but only time will tell. More info on all of this friday evening, I guess. Then we should be getting very close to a decision.

Buying a house is not the easiest thing. If anyone is interested, I can put up some calculations and considerations here on the blog, for y'all to check out?

    Det första var snyggt. Men den andra bilden av köket ser mkt mysigt och behagligt ut. Kan ju undra hur resten av huset ser ut ;)

    Det första huset sticker iväg i sin egen liga, och verkar mest lockande, men det poppar upp en del andra alternativ också. Skall verkligen inte vara lätt!!! Återkommer med mer information i veckan ;)

Mål och moralkompasser Hur använder man materialet?  För moralkompassen, ange siffan för vilken personlighetsegenskap det gäller, och sedan 1 till 10 för var på skalan karaktären befinner sig. 1.1 betyder tex en med lägsta möjliga samvete och 5.10 är en som håller sanningen i högsta möjliga aktning.  Moralkompass  1. Samvete. Visar på nivån av aktning man visar för samhällets normer under rådande tid. På den lägre änden så går man från att vara rent ohövlig till att bli mer brottslig och samvetslöst kanske våldtar, mördar och rånar. På den högre änden så är man artig och lyder inte bara lagen utan "vad som är rätt", såsom seder och normer.  2. Arbetsmoral. På den låga sidan har vi latmaskar som undviker arbete till alla pris och kommer alltid försöka få andra att utföra jobbet åt dem. Kan till och med gå så långt att riskera liv för att maska.   Enchance your roleplaying part II tricks of the trade I was listening to my favorite RPG podcast, "Ain't Slayed Nobody" and was reflecting on the interplay between the character and the player. The pod has a lot of improvisational focus and the players are almost always extravagantly skilled at this concept.  Building on each other  One of the major rules for improvisational theatre is one a good player and Gamemaster should internalize as well - Don't say no! Say yes, but... and add to the story.  If other players are attempting to use something against your character, the natural impulse is to feel degraded or overruled and to resist.
