Finally some decent spring

We enjoyed the very last remains of winter in Svabenverk, and Amanda hooked up for a walk together with the dogs, which was a nice treat. I don't think I ever promised not to mention her misfortune when she stepped through the upper crust of the snow and immersed herself up to the hipbone, but just to be safe, I won't. Personally, I am celebrating this excursion into the wild of Svaben, since it this time offered me the opportunity to catch on film (card) that most elusive creature of all - the nightdweller that is so extremely hard to lure from it's lair - the teenager! And a prime specimen it is! But it did turn out pretty well on camera, I must say ;)

And speaking of spring, check out the bounding leaps of Audi below. Imagine being on a walk with two of those energypacks along. Lying on your back in the grass and having these thunder by is like hearing a freighttrain pass! They are a very interesting and special breed, the Whippets. I will get back to them later.

Anyways, I am finally back in town again, having been on the road for some time, endeavoring to enhance myself by courses, seminars and other useful stuff. Now, with summer just around the corner, the time has really come to apply myself instead, and put those theories into practice. But more importantly, the sale of the apartment has PROBABLY gone through. We have signed a contract, yes, but with a retention clause stipulating that the buyer has to sell hen's apartment first, for at least an agreed-upon price. Sounds promising but the money's not in the bank yet.

Still, we have been looking at some promising houses in the Nyköping area, and presently there are four of interest. The price span is extensive, but hey, those are the kicks. There's "the green bathroom", being the cheapest and in need of slight renovations in the bathroom and kitchen. And the "raggarlyan", newly constructed and very fresh and still being built, looking real good. It's really high standard, but a bit smaller. Expensive though. Another place in Nyköping is "the kitchen" which has just that. And not THAT expensive. Finally, and the most expensive is "the apartment". A pretty large place, really nice with no downsides and it has an extra 40 square meters apartment in the basement. Imagine being 15 and having your own place!!! Who wouldn't want THAT? So yeah, expensive, but it looks to be really worth it. Hopefully, we will go to view all of these during the week or weekend. It will happen this summer - the Emsons are coming back to town! Nyköping, watch out!

And yes, there will be at least two parties ;) Figure THAT one out!
